Haiger / Gießen (dpa / lhe) - A 36-year-old man and his 2-year-old daughter were seriously injured while working with a mini excavator in Central Hesse.
As the police in Giessen announced, the man's work device had overturned on Saturday at Haiger (Lahn-Dill district) on private property.
How this came about and whether the girl was also sitting on the excavator was initially unclear.
The two injured were flown to a clinic in a rescue helicopter.
