Investigative Committee began checking after the appearance of a video of a beating of a teenager in the Ivanovo region

"The Investigation Department ... organized a pre-investigation check on the video footage found on the Internet, in which a group of teenagers brutally beat a minor," the report says.

According to preliminary data, on March 30, a 15-year-old young man was walking with his friend in the city of Navoloki when a group of teenagers approached them.

One of them provoked a fight with the victim and kicked and punched him many times.

Based on the results of the pre-investigation check, a procedural decision will be made, as well as the necessary preventive measures.

Earlier in Vladivostok, a check was organized on the fact of an incident in one of the city schools, where three teenagers beat a peer, breaking his cheekbone.
