WELT AM SONNTAG:

The government

factions

in the Bundestag support the so-called emergency brake, the FDP does not.

Are the majority more stupid than you?

Kubicki:

Not more stupid.

More than 30 colleagues from the parliamentary groups, the Union and the SPD, have issued minutes in which they formulate concerns about the law, but support it from an overarching point of view.

Almost 30 MPs from the parliamentary groups in the government did not approve the law.

If these MPs opposed the course of the federal government, then they would damage the Chancellor.

So we now have an expanded Infection Protection Act, which I, along with others, consider to be unconstitutional in parts.

Therefore, several FDP politicians will appeal to the Federal Constitutional Court to defend the rule of law.

Why hasn't the accomplished lawyer Kubicki deposited a brief in Karlsruhe long ago?
