Thus, the overwhelming majority of Russians - 80% of those surveyed - would like the journey from their home to work or study to take no more than 30 minutes a day.

For this, respondents believe, it would be possible to improve the transport infrastructure of cities.

According to 34% of survey participants, this can be achieved, for example, by making taxis a more common mode of transport or by increasing the number of minibuses.

Another 28% of survey participants supported the idea of ​​reducing the number of private cars, while 25% supported the initiative to develop services for renting electric scooters and bicycles.

In turn, 9% of Russians were in favor of promoting the car-sharing system.

Speaking about the appearance of their cities, the respondents noted the need for their greening - this position is held by 50% of the respondents.

Another 25% would like to increase the number of fountains, and 30% would like to completely or partially remove outdoor advertising from building facades.

Also, 54% of respondents stressed the need to preserve the "spirit of antiquity" in the regions.

31% and 28%, respectively, were in favor of installing containers for separate waste collection and increasing the number of available WiFi points.

The survey showed that Kazan (55%), Ufa (52%), Moscow (50%), St. Petersburg (35%) and Volgograd (34%) were the leaders in the ranking of cities whose residents are satisfied with the city's infrastructure and improvement.

More than 1330 residents of large cities of Russia took part in the study.
