Munich (dpa) - The final tournament for the BBL Cup will be rescheduled in Munich on May 15 and 16.
That was announced by the Basketball Bundesliga on Thursday.
The final round with the four teams BG Göttingen, Alba Berlin, Bayern Munich and ratiopharm Ulm had to be canceled at short notice last weekend due to two corona cases at Göttingen.
The two semi-final pairings will remain unchanged on May 15th: ratiopharm Ulm will play against Bayern Munich, the BG Göttingen against Alba Berlin.
"We are looking ahead to mid-May and hope for the best," said BBL managing director Stefan Holz.
