Biden: U.S. government expands emission reduction commitments

In his speech at the opening ceremony of the conference, Biden announced the expansion of the U.S. government's emission reduction commitments: by 2030, reduce U.S. greenhouse gas emissions by 50% to 52% compared with 2005, and achieve net zero emissions by 2050.
