“President Andrzej Duda called today a meeting with the participation of the Ministry of National Defense, military commanders and service leaders to discuss Russia's activities on the border with Ukraine,” Pavel Solokh, head of the country's National Security Bureau, wrote on Twitter.

He noted that "the armed forces, together with their allies, are constantly monitoring threats across the eastern border" of the republic.

Earlier, Solokh, following a meeting with the Secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), Oleksiy Danilov, said that Poland would try to keep the situation in Ukraine a leading topic for discussion in NATO.
