"At 15:50 (16:50 Moscow time), a total of 152 people were detained," Berlin police said on Twitter.
Among the violations for which the arrests were made: violations of infectious safety measures, attacks on law enforcement officers, police resistance and attempts to release previously detained persons.
Earlier it was reported that the police in Berlin used pepper gas against a group of protesters against the quarantine measures of the German government.
