April 21, 2021 In the first contact with the Alarm Phone, migrants said they were in danger off the coast of Libya. They asked for help when they were off the coast of Zuwara. They said their engine was out of order and the sea was rough. The first Twitter Alarm Phone writes "They ask for immediate help. We have informed the authorities and ask that they intervene quickly."



The second Twitter of the NGO reads "People had to spend the night at sea. The European authorities do not respond and the so-called Libyan Coast Guard has not yet arrived, 8 hours after the alarm email. They are not even reachable by phone.
