The first question is, why do you talk about "humanity" in a forum named after "Asia"?
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Boao Forum for Asia.
In his speech, President Xi reviewed the 20-year history of the forum, following three key words: China-Asia-the world.
The China of today is no longer the China of yesterday; the Asia of today is no longer the Asia of yesterday; the world of today is not the world of yesterday.
Some people say that the 21st century is the Chinese century and the Asian century.

What is meant by "changed world political and economic structure"?

The second question is, why do you talk about the "Belt and Road" in Boao?
"The Belt and Road Initiative" has been written into the theme of this annual conference-"The Great Changes in the World: Participate in the Grand Event of Global Governance, Ensemble the Strong Voice of the "Belt and Road".
From the perspective of time, in September and October 2013, President Xi proposed the "Belt and Road" initiative; in May 2017, the first "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum was held; in April 2019, the second forum was held.
If it were not for the epidemic, now should be the time to host the third forum.
From the perspective of the development stage, the “Belt and Road” initiative has entered a stage of high-quality co-construction from an initial idea and a blueprint, from the “freehand” of the overall layout to the meticulous “Meticulous Painting”.

"Closer health partnership", focusing on "hot" issues under the epidemic such as joint vaccine production, infectious disease prevention and control, public health, and traditional medicine;
"Closer interconnection partnership", "Actively develop Silk Road e-commerce"-under the epidemic situation, cross-border exchanges are limited, "e-commerce" adds splendor to the "Belt and Road";
"Closer partnership for green development", proposed "Let green truly become the background color of the joint construction of the'Belt and Road'", which echoes the goals of "Carbon Peak" and "Carbon Neutrality", and deeply embodies the CPC's construction of "ecological" “Civilized” ruling consciousness;
