Lüneburg (dpa / lni) - The administrative court has declared the corona-related closure of Heide-Park Soltau to be inappropriate.
The amusement park was allowed to open with a hygiene concept, the court in Lüneburg announced on Wednesday.
In addition to a test and mask requirement for visitors, there is a test center at the park and no more than half of the maximum number of visitors should enter.
The operator must also test all employees working in the public area for the corona virus before starting work.
In this way, the spread of the virus is prevented as effectively as with a closure.
The decision is not yet legally binding (Ref .: 6B 40/21).
