A shooting occurred at a grocery store in New York, USA, killing one and wounding two.
Local media reported that at 11am local time yesterday, a 31-year-old man, a former employee, was shot at a grocery store stop-and-shop in Long Island, New York.
The victim was a 49-year-old male employee, and two other co-workers were also taken to the hospital, but they are said to have no harm in life.
Police were dispatched to the scene immediately after the shooting, but were unable to arrest the suspect.
The suspect left the scene with a pistol and ran towards the highway.
Police closed the neighborhood and called attention to residents as well.
The shooting took place inside the grocery store manager's office, police say there were hundreds of guests inside the grocery store at the time.
West Hampstead, Long Island, New York, where the incident took place, is about 50 kilometers from New York City.
