China News Service, April 20. According to South Korea’s "Joongang Ilbo", a high-level person from South Korea’s Blue House revealed on the 18th that South Korean President Moon Jae-in nominated Kim Fu-qian as prime minister on the 16th and reorganized the cabinet of five ministers. In the remaining one-year term, the national government will focus on "stability."

According to reports, Moon Jae-in's policy has also been reflected in employment.

The government focused on "reform" at the beginning of its tenure, when it mainly used outsiders such as politicians or professors.

Now, people of bureaucratic origin are used.

The Blue House re-adjusted its economic policy team in March by replacing the former head of the policy office, Kim Sang-jo.

The head of the policy office, the chief secretary of the economy, and the secretary of the economy are all officials from the Ministry of Planning and Finance.

In the personnel arrangement for the reorganization of the cabinet announced on April 16, four of the ministerial candidates for the five departments were officials.

A key government official stated that “the legislative issue in the reform issue is nearing completion, so now there is a need for someone who can stably implement and close this issue,” explaining the background of the use of a bureaucratic minister.

It is expected that Moon Jae-in will submit an invitation to the National Councilor candidate for a personnel hearing to the Congress this week.

If the prime minister candidate Jin Fuqian is formally appointed through the hearing, Moon Jae-in will accept his proposal and carry out a small-scale cabinet reorganization in May.

First of all, Moon Jae-in is likely to replace the Deputy Prime Minister of Economy and the Minister of Planning and Finance Hong Nam-ki, and the head of the Office of State Affairs, Gu Yun-chul, is most likely to replace him.

In addition, the possibility of reorganization of some departments such as the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Livestock and Food, the Financial Committee will also be proposed.
