"The heads of the territorial bodies of Rospotrebnadzor ensure ... at airports the organization of random testing for COVID-19 of foreign citizens," - says the published decree of the chief state sanitary doctor and head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova.
It is noted that the resolution comes into force on April 21.
In addition, Rospotrebnadzor ordered Russians who arrive from Turkey and Tanzania to Russia before May 1 to take a coronavirus test twice.
