“Funds for financing the program could be raised through donations from the asset of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other socially responsible business,” explained Sobyanin.

The mayor added that the city will be able to provide support for the initiative, building on the experience of last year's Million Prizes program.

As part of this initiative, citizens during the days of the nationwide voting on amendments to the Constitution (June 25 - July 1) received certificates with bonuses and discounts that could be used in large retail chains, restaurants and cafes.
