April 18, 2021 "Clubs taking part in the Super League would be immediately excluded from all tournaments, including national championships".

Uefa reiterated this in the joint note with the English Football Federation, Premier League, Spanish Football Federation, Liga, Figc and Lega Serie A.

"As previously announced by FIFA and the 6 federations, the clubs involved will be excluded from any other competition, both national that European or World and their players will be denied the opportunity to represent the national team ". We thank those clubs from other countries, especially French and German, who refused to subscribe to this project ", reads the note.

"We will consider all the measures available to us, at all levels, both judicial and sporting, in order to prevent this from happening. This persistent self-interest of a few has been going on for too long.

Among the 12 clubs that would be open to the project are Juve, Milan and Inter, as well as Manchester United, Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.

"If this happens, we would like to reiterate that we - Uefa, English FA, Rfef, Figc, Premier League, LaLiga, Lega Serie A, but also Fifa and all our affiliated federations - will remain united in our efforts to stop this cynic project, a project that is based on the personal interest of a few clubs at a time when society more than ever needs solidarity ", reads the statement again.

"We ask all football lovers, fans and politicians, to join us in the fight against such a project if it were to be announced."
