The suspect of the stabbing homicide perpetrated Sunday morning in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis) was indicted and remanded in custody, said the Bobigny prosecutor's office.
Around 6:15 a.m. Sunday morning, according to a police source, the police intervened on avenue Anatole-France following calls from residents reporting a fight between two people on the public highway.
On the spot, they discovered a man injured in the hands and legs as well as "a wound in the thorax".
The victim succumbed to his injuries.
The alleged perpetrator was arrested a few hours later in the early afternoon.
Very virulent on social networks, in particular on the live video applications Periscope and Bigo Live, the suspect was notably sentenced to one year of imprisonment in 2017 by a court in Gironde for an assault part of a conflict on Periscope.
The judicial police of Seine-Saint-Denis are seized of the investigation.
