According to RIA Novosti, Chuichenko called "the introduction of a simplified procedure for the execution of requirements for fines for offenses in the field of road traffic" one of the "main tasks for the FSSP" for the current year.
"The introduction of a simplified mechanism will allow for the centralized execution by the central office of the bailiff service of more than 30 million enforcement proceedings initiated on the basis of the traffic police orders," the head of the department noted.
This will reduce the burden on the territorial bodies of the service by a third.
In 2020, Chuichenko proposed not to increase fines in the new Code of Administrative Offenses.
