Frankfurt / M.

(AP) - Eintracht Frankfurt wants to get Ralf Rangnick to the Main, according to information from the Sky TV station.

Accordingly, the 62-year-old should occupy the position of coach and sports director in the coming season and look for a new head coach for the next season.

A spokesman for the Hessian Bundesliga club said on Tuesday that no rumors were commented on.

Rangnick had already filled the double function at RB Leipzig.

Sport1 also reported such a possible constellation at Eintracht.

However, when asked by the German Press Agency, Rangnicks media officer said that there had been no contact from Frankfurt.

The Frankfurt and Borussia Mönchengladbach announced on Tuesday that Eintracht coach Adi Hütter will replace Marco Rose at Gladbach for the new season.

Sports director Fredi Bobic is also about to leave the Frankfurt team in the summer and is under discussion at Hertha BSC.
