Harpstedt (dpa / lni) - In an accident with a truck on Autobahn 1 near Harpstedt (Oldenburg district), property damage of around 50,000 euros occurred.
A 51-year-old truck driver went off the right of the lane on Tuesday, the police said.
He then pushed in the crash barrier over a length of 30 meters with his tractor unit.
The "very extensive" recovery therefore took several hours.
A traffic jam of up to ten kilometers formed.
Nobody got hurt.
