During the current pandemic, virtually all teaching at Mälardalen University in Västerås and Eskilstuna takes place digitally at a distance.

The school sees risks with static work shifts with the computer at the kitchen table or on the sofa.

Therefore, an initiative has been launched for more activity among the students.

- We have created the plug pepper to give students an energy boost after a different year of distance studies, and we hope it will be something you can gather around in the classes but also that you should move more, says Anna Ulriksson Biderman, project manager at Mälardalen University.
