After making an appointment and arriving by car in the dedicated parking space, candidates for vaccination follow the same steps as in a conventional center: verification of registration, medical questionnaire, if necessary medical consultation, vaccination carried out by private doctors and nurses paid on a sessional basis followed by supervision time.

"There is less apprehension"

"There is less apprehension and it only takes 30 minutes. We make vaccination more accessible and less anxiety-provoking", rejoices Lamine Gharbi, president of the Saint-Jean clinic, a "classic" general public vaccination center, that adjoins the "drive".

"The initiative comes from this clinic, which proposed this project to the prefecture and the Regional Health Agency (ARS) a few weeks ago, telling us that they wanted to launch this experiment", explained Alexandre Pascal. , departmental delegate of ARS Occitanie.
