It is the first week of the school holidays common to the whole of France and each parent has their own strategy for combining teleworking and childcare.

Their mobile home neighbors preferred to go into exile to ease family teleworking.

"I sit here, my wife right in front ... The children have fun together it leaves us a little alone!", Explains the tenant of a month.

The offers flourished from the announcement of the President of the Republic at the end of March: "special telework" rates to spend the whole month of April by the ocean.

In this Ile de Ré campsite, seven families rented mobile homes to telework in the great outdoors.

An easy ten-kilometer restriction

For a third family, head to the Whale Lighthouse this afternoon.

“With us, we do the homework and that's it!” Says one of the children, excited by the prospect of his day.

The whole island becomes almost a playground.

But the campsite does not compensate for its losses by opening its doors.

"Why not, in the future, offer teleworking offers, in particular during the off-season since teleworking will become more widespread?", Suggests the manager, for whom this experience "opens up perspectives on the future".

And if the reopening is still postponed, the director does not rule out extending this offer.
