Hannover (dpa) - The second division soccer club Hannover 96 is still holding on to its coach Kenan Kocak and sports director Gerhard Zuber despite its sporting crisis.

The club announced this in a press release on Monday after a meeting between the sports management and majority shareholder Martin Kind.

"Full concentration applies to the next games together," the child is quoted as saying.

Lower Saxony started the season as a candidate for promotion, but are only tenth in the table after seven games without a win.

The most recent home games against 1. FC Heidenheim (1: 3) and bottom light Würzburger Kickers (1: 2) were both lost.

After the Würzburg game, Kind announced the establishment of a transfer council in order to be able to afford fewer incorrect purchases in the future than in previous years.

In addition to Kocak and Zuber, this committee will also include Bastian Hellberg, the supervisory board member responsible for sporting issues.

The former 96 captain was also present at the conversation in Großburgwedel on Monday.
