Schwerin (dpa / mv) - A hunting school in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania has enforced in court that it may partially open, contrary to the Corona state regulation.

Lessons may be given to hunting students who are dependent on the hunting license for their profession and cannot be postponed, as the Schwerin Administrative Court ruled (Az: 7 B 609/21 SN).

Closing hunting schools completely due to the corona situation violates the principle of equal treatment, the court announced on Monday.

Because while hunting schools would have to remain completely closed according to the regulation, driving and flight schools, for example, should work under protective measures.

According to the information, the decision is not yet legally binding.

Those involved could appeal against it, said a spokeswoman.

The Schwerin administrative court has made several decisions against the Corona state ordinance in the past few days.

For example, she declared the nocturnal curfew to be ineffective for one applicant because it was too indefinite in time in the state ordinance.

The owner of a tattoo parlor allowed the court to open her shop even if the seven-day incidence was more than 150.

After all, hairdressers should too.

As a matter of principle, the decisions of the administrative court only affect the respective applicant and have no general validity, even if fundamental questions are touched, as a spokeswoman emphasized.
