Münster (dpa / lnw) - The North Rhine-Westphalian Higher Administrative Court in Münster has received new lawsuits in connection with corona rules.

A privately owned school from the Euskirchen district complains about having to exclude students without a corona test or negative evidence from lessons.

According to a spokeswoman, it is still open when the OVG will decide on this issue.

With the exception of the final classes, there are currently no face-to-face classes in NRW.

Lawsuits from Gelsenkirchen and the Siegen-Wittgenstein district revolve around entry from South Africa and the Corona entry regulation.

The length of the quarantine or the inability to be released from the quarantine with a negative test are controversial.

The OVG wants to decide this week.
