According to local media in Myanmar, troops bombed a minority insurgent base in northern Kachin State on the 12th.



In the footage shot on site, you can see the jet sound of a military aircraft echoing in the woods and white smoke rising, which means that the airstrike has caused multiple casualties.



On the spot, Myanmar's New Year holidays will be celebrated for a week from the 13th, but the military is increasing the crackdown on demonstrations protesting the coup d'etat, and mortars are used in central Bago on the 9th. In addition to the deaths of 82 people alone, in the second city of Mandalay, security forces repeatedly fired at demonstrators on the 12th, killing 706 civilians since the coup d'etat.



Meanwhile, armed groups in northwestern Chin State said in a statement issued on the 10th that the military fired at residents in the neighboring city of Sagaing Region, causing armed groups, students, and "civil disobedience". Participants counterattacked and revealed that 18 security forces had died.



Local media reported that a grenade was thrown at a military truck and killed a soldier, according to people who participated in the demonstration.
