Seelze (dpa / lni) - Four people were injured in a fight in Seelze near Hanover.

As the police announced on Sunday, two groups of around eight people each attacked each other on Saturday evening.

It is said to have been allegedly a relationship dispute.

The appointment may have been made via social media, it said.

Those involved, aged between 16 and 20, attacked each other with their fists, and a baton was also used.

A total of seven patrol cars were used.

Some of those involved were able to flee.

An 18-year-old was rushed to hospital and two men and one woman suffered minor injuries.

The police are investigating dangerous bodily harm and violating the Infection Protection Act.
