Mainz (dpa / lrs) - The city of Mainz has extended the period of validity of the general decree on the applicable corona protective measures to April 25 and added a few points.

The Rhineland-Palatinate state capital announced on Saturday that there will only be minor changes with the new ruling.

Regulations are new, according to which offers of child and youth work as well as youth social work are only allowed as individual offers.

In addition, extracurricular music and art lessons in groups are prohibited.

Otherwise there will be no further changes to the content of the previously valid regulations.

The exit restrictions between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. also remain in place.

The incidence in Mainz, i.e. the number of registered new infections with the coronavirus per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days, was 131.8 according to the Robert Koch Institute on Saturday.
