April 11, 2021 The UK has given 32.12 million people a first dose of the vaccine and 7.47 million a second dose.

Almost 40 million in total.

Seven people died in England today.

In the past 24 hours, more than half a million doses have been injected, according to the British government's daily report.

Meanwhile, London has launched the restart plan.

Tomorrow non-essential services will reopen: hairdressers, gyms, pubs and restaurants (only outdoor service for the latter).

This will gradually emerge from the third lockdown imposed in the United Kingdom.

The "return to normal life", according to Downing Street, will take place on 21 June.

According to researchers at University College London, the UK could achieve herd immunity tomorrow, with nearly three-quarters of the population having antibodies to the virus (because they have been vaccinated or cured).
