On April 9, RIA Novosti, also citing a source, reported that at a meeting of the operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus, no decisions were made on the issue of limiting flights to Turkey, but this could happen on Monday, April 12.

According to RBC, the meeting on this issue was held with the participation of the operational headquarters and the Federal Air Transport Agency, the Ministry of Transport and Rospotrebnadzor.
