The discharges must have occurred at least 245 times during the period from January 2018 to July 2020, the chamber prosecutor states in a criminal injunction.
The prosecutor highlights that violations have occurred continuously on a large number of occasions and that have not been adequately prevented.
Cementa must pay SEK 150,000 in fines.
