Boeing recommends grounding some 737 MAX aircraft to solve potential electrical problems

  Xinhua News Agency, San Francisco, April 9th. The Boeing Company of the United States announced on the 9th that Boeing has advised 16 customers to stop the operation of some 737 MAX aircraft in order to solve a potential electrical problem.

  Boeing said in a statement that this recommendation is to verify that a power system component has sufficient grounding paths.

The company is working closely with the FAA on this production issue.

  The statement said that Boeing has also notified customers of the number of the affected aircraft and will provide guidance on appropriate corrective measures.
