The department also said that the duty services of the Center for Monitoring and Control of Public Communication Networks "actively interact with telecom operators around the clock and analyze all possible problems with their infrastructure."

Roskomnadzor added that for the entire period of operation of the TSPU, no comments have been received from telecom operators.

Earlier, the Kommersant newspaper reported that the Obit operator had a malfunction, allegedly due to the operation of Roskomnadzor equipment, which was installed in order to comply with the law on "sovereign Internet".
