C. Allain / 20 Minutes
He had spent seven hours, locked on his balcony, in July 2020. He had called his partner 125 times, hoping that his partner would come and open him up.
In vain.
The man ended up calling the firefighters, who freed him from his "prison" located on the 2nd floor of a small collective in Guichen, south of Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine).
One more episode in an already tormented couple's life, which had prompted him to lodge a complaint with the gendarmerie.
Thursday, her ex-partner was judged for this confinement but also for the domestic violence that she subjected to her boyfriend aged about twenty.
The Rennes criminal court sentenced her to three months in prison suspended for the violence, reports Ouest-France.
The latter denied having voluntarily locked the man on the balcony and was acquitted of these acts of sequestration.
