Hamburg (dpa / lno) - The number of corona infections detected in Hamburg rose by 447 on Friday.
That is 59 cases less than on Thursday and 36 less than on Friday a week ago, as the health authority announced.
The seven-day incidence, i.e. the number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within seven days, fell from 132.8 to 131.0.
A week ago the value was 160.1.
It was already the ninth day with a declining seven-day incidence in Hamburg.
The Robert Koch Institute (RKI) named on Friday an incidence value of 109.4 based on a different calculation.
However, the institute also pointed out that fewer tests were carried out over the Easter holidays, which is likely to have led to a lower number of detected new infections.
The number of people who died in Hamburg from or with Corona was given by the RKI as 1406, 2 more than the day before.
According to the health authorities, 64,779 hamburgers have been proven to have been infected with Sars-CoV-2 since the outbreak of the pandemic;
According to the RKI, 55 500 of them are now considered recovered.

According to the authorities, 290 corona patients were treated in the Hamburg clinics as of Thursday, 14 fewer than the day before.
There were 103 patients in the intensive care units, one more than the day before.
The number of intensive care patients coming from Hamburg decreased by one to 85.
