During the murder on Koppargatan in Ingelsta, a 37-year-old man was shot dead shortly after 11 pm in a car near a fast food restaurant.

A 31-year-old man who went with the 37-year-old survived unscathed from what the prosecutors describe as a well-planned ambush that the accused six men were behind.

SOS calls were played

An SOS call made by the 31-year-old was played in court.

- My friend is shot, hurry up, the 31-year-old shouts.

- Can you try to stop the bleeding, the SOS operator answers.

When the conversation is played, it is lacking for a woman who is close to the 37-year-old.

She leaves the hall crying.

Much of the prosecution's evidence lies in the fact that it has had access to the communication decrypted by French police in Encrochat telephones, but also in the fact that it has been possible to seize ordinary mobile phones and access chats in WhatsApp.

It is clear that the police have made great efforts to be able to link the accused to the usernames used in the chats and what positions the phones had at times that are relevant to the crime.

Read encro-proof

During the day, the prosecutors gave long readings from what was written in the chats.

Among other things, the accused discussed what amount the perpetrators of the murder would receive in compensation.

Everyone would contribute, but according to the chats, several were short of "para" (= money) and they did not completely agree.

- It also seems that it would be possible to charge more allies outside the network when the crime was carried out, prosecutor Karin Sandén said.

The same night that the murder on Koppargatan took place, the incident was discussed lively in the chats.

Those involved who have not been present give praise to those who have been there.

- We believe that these receive encouraging cries about what happened, said prosecutor Karin Sandén.

Only days after the murder and attempted murder of Ingelsta, the suspects are said to have started planning another attack on the man who survived.

Tense atmosphere

In the afternoon, some relatives and friends of the accused took up the extremely limited audience seats in the security room.

As a result, the tension became a bit tense and the police presence indoors increased.

The trial is expected to last another 18 days until May 20.
