  On April 8, on the first anniversary of Wuhan’s “unblocking”, a reporter from China News Service visited the workshop of Wuhan Hesheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (“Hesheng Company”), a Taiwan-funded enterprise located in Dongxihu District, Wuhan. At this time, the production of the enterprise is busy.

Since the full resumption of work and production in mid-to-late April of that year, the company has adjusted its strategy and pursued violently, achieving a turnover of 418 million yuan (RMB, the same below) in 2020, which has not fallen but increased compared to 2019.

In the first quarter of this year, the company has exceeded the budgeted turnover for the quarter.

  "To be honest, I didn't expect the recovery to be so fast!" Hu Hengyin, the general manager of the company, said frankly. He revived after experiencing the Wuhan epidemic and strengthened his confidence in development.

In the near future, the company plans to invest 100 million yuan to start a new three-line automatic coating production line, which is expected to be put into operation at the end of the year to meet the order requirements of various OEMs and supporting manufacturers in Central China.

In her view, despite the impact of the epidemic, Wuhan's location, transportation, scientific and educational talents, and industrial advantages have not changed.

In late April this year, the medical device spray production line jointly built by the company and a company in Tianmen, Hubei will be put into production.

In the second half of this year, another spray production line in the Li Shizhen Pharmaceutical Industrial Park in Qichun, Hubei will also be put into operation.

  Wang Tianshan revealed that in August and September this year, the 185 acres of international herbal planting demonstration base established by his company in the Dongxihu District of Wuhan City will complete the configuration of basic equipment and planting of basic medicinal materials.
