At the same time, judging from the trend of international economic development, the "Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement" (RCEP) has been signed, and the Chinese government has officially announced that it is actively considering joining the Comprehensive and Progressive Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (CPTPP), the Sino-European Bilateral Investment Agreement ( BIT) is also in the process of advancing.
Shen Xiaoming said that the above three agreements cover more than half of China's major trading countries, and these bilateral and multilateral trade agreements all cover zero tariffs.
Hainan must establish the Hainan Free Trade Port's investment and trade liberalization and facilitation framework before these bilateral and multilateral economic and trade agreements come into force, and put the project down.
