Kiel (dpa / lno) - The seven-day incidence in Schleswig-Holstein hardly changed on Wednesday at 63.3.

On Tuesday it was 62.3 and on Easter Monday it was 66.5.

This is based on data from the Ministry of Health in Kiel (as of April 7, 7:56 p.m.).

A week ago, the number of new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days was 74.5.

One district in Schleswig-Holstein further exceeded the critical mark of 100 new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants and week: Segeberg with 114.0.

The lowest value was no longer North Friesland, but Plön with 21.8.

The number of new corona infections reported for the country was 428 (237 Tuesday).

Last Wednesday there were 496. The number of people who died from or with Corona rose by 1 to 1,448.

The corona numbers should be interpreted with caution because of Easter.

The Robert Koch Institute points out that fewer tests were usually carried out on the Easter holidays and numbers were reported with a delay.

More precise dates are not expected again until the coming week.

The number of Covid 19 patients treated in clinics remained largely stable at 202;

There were 204 on Tuesday. 52 of them received intensive care (Tuesday: 50);

32 were ventilated (Tuesday: 30).
