- There is something about the connection to our medical record system that does not work, says vaccine coordinator Maria Landgren.

Many who after Easter tried to book an appointment for vaccination via 1177.se encountered a patrol.

It was simply not possible to book an appointment.

Has the capacity been too low?

- Right now we are focusing on solving the problem, but then we have to find the reason why this has happened, says Maria Landgren.

Adults under the age of 60 are expected to receive the first dose in July

The later in the spring we go, the larger groups of Scanians will burden the booking system.

The plan right now is for the group of 65-69-year-olds to be able to receive their first dose of vaccine in April, but the large group of 18-59-year-olds, also called Phase 4, is expected to have received their first dose at the turn of the month July-August.

- Phase 4 is a very large group and they will also use 1177.se, so we have to look closely at the booking system so that this does not happen again, says vaccine coordinator Maria Landgren.
