The criminals used dial-up software to call the party by fraudulently using the number of the embassy in Spain, claiming to be a staff member of the embassy, falsely claiming that the other party's residence expired, suspected of major economic crimes, credit card embezzlement, etc., or that they could provide services for the party to go to the embassy to inject the new crown pneumonia vaccine .
In view of the above situation, the embassy once again reminded Chinese citizens in West China:
1. The embassy will not call the parties to notify any information through telephone recording.
2. The embassy telephone is a direct dial telephone, and will not be redirected to manual service by dialing the extension number through voice prompts.
3. The embassy will not ask the parties to provide personal privacy information such as passport numbers and bank card numbers, nor will they require the parties to transfer money to individuals via WeChat.
