A year ago, SVT Helsingborg told about the environmentally conscious then ten-year-olds who wanted to introduce a car-free day in Höganäs.

They also regularly post on social media where they inform about climate measures.

The friends have contacted several famous people and politicians, such as Stefan Löfvén, Greta Thunberg, Beyoncé and Dwayne "the rock" Johnson, to talk about their concerns about the climate.

But their main goal is to get a car-free day, something that they contacted the municipalities of Helsingborg and Höganäs to try to get and which Höganäs has shown interest in.

Received a letter from the Prime Minister

But the Helsingborg students' environmental commitment has not shrunk since then.

Now they are part of the program Uppdrag Framtid at UR.

In the program, the viewer gets to accompany the gang to Höganäs to meet a representative of the municipality and discuss a car-free day.

They also tell how surprised they were when they actually received an answer from one of the famous people they heard from: Prime Minister Stefan Löfvén.

- It is the Prime Minister, it does not happen every day, says Helmer Jarl.
