Monaco, current 3rd in Ligue 1, receives Metz on Tuesday in the round of 16 of the Coupe de France, the only shock of the week opposing two L1 teams, while Lyon (4th) moves to the Red Star field on Thursday.

Paris SG are already in the quarter-finals, after their success (3-0) against Lille on March 17.

The Monegasques haven't won the competition since 1991 and in their last final, in 2010, they were beaten by Paris Saint-Germain.

Olympique Saumur, the little thumb, who plays in National 3, welcomes Toulouse, 2nd in Ligue 2, Wednesday, the same day as the duel between Rumilly-Vallières (Haute-Savoie) and Le Puy, residents of National 2.

Another lower division club is guaranteed to participate in the quarter-finals since Canet Roussillon (National 2), striker of Olympique de Marseille in the previous round, faces Boulogne-sur-Mer (National).

The Voltigeurs de Châteaubriant, members of National 2, will face at home in Montpellier.

In another match between a N2 team and a Ligue 1 team, Sedan will challenge Angers.

Finally, Thursday, the Red Star, winner five times between 1921 and 1942, hopes to obtain a historic qualification against the Lyonnais.

The Audonien club have not reached the quarter-finals of the Coupe de France since 1992.
