"At 21:11 Moscow time, the liquidation of open burning was announced," the press service said.

Earlier, the EMERCOM of Russia reported that a hangar with rubber caught fire in the city of Kinel, Samara region.

Later it was reported that in the city of Kinel, Samara region, during a fire that occurred in a hangar-type room, a man was injured.
