Los Angeles (AP) - The Los Angeles Lakers have lost the city duel with the Los Angeles Clippers and delivered one of their worst performances of this NBA season.
In the eighth game without the injured stars LeBron James and Anthony Davis there was an 86: 104 for the Lakers, led by national basketball player Dennis Schröder.
There have never been so few points this season, the 16 assists were also a low.
Schröder had most of them with seven assists, but he only got eight points.
"We defended well enough to win a game - but we have to get better on the offensive," said Lakers coach Frank Vogel after the 19th loss of the season and the missed chance to overtake the Clippers in the Western Conference.
