The document assumes that users of social networks, online stores and other sites registered on public services will be able to make transactions on the Internet without additional registration on other resources.

The ministry explained that the department is working to ensure that citizens have the opportunity to conclude transactions and sign contracts on the Internet after authorization through the login-password of the public services portal, which will make remote communication between users and business more convenient and secure.

The ministry noted that "users of social networks, aggregators of goods and services and job search sites will be able to choose at will: register with a separate login-password or use the account of the State Services portal (personal data will not be transferred)."

“We also plan to develop the provision of public services at commercial sites - we believe that people need to be given the opportunity to receive public services where it is convenient for them, for example, directly from a social network or a banking mobile application,” the department added.

It is also reported that the maximum price of contracts concluded as part of the experiment should not exceed 10 million rubles.
