The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters announced that as the period of guidance on basic quarantine rules ends today, from tomorrow, a fine of 3 million won to business owners and less than 100,000 won to users will be imposed for violations of the rules.
Three new basic quarantine rules are added: wearing an existing mask, posting and guiding quarantine rules, managing a list of visitors, periodic disinfection and ventilation, banning food intake, limiting access to beautified boxes, and designating a quarantine manager.
Accordingly, it is impossible to eat food in all places except restaurants, cafes, and food sales subsidiary facilities, with some exceptions, such as a PC room with a'C'-shaped partition and a kids cafe with a separate dining area.
In the case of the entry and exit list, all visitors must fill out the list, and if you write it down in the form of'anyone and how many people', you may be fined for penalties.
