Karlsruhe (dpa / lsw) - A 29-year-old man ran through Karlsruhe with a faithful replica of a submachine gun and arranged for a police operation.
According to the police on Sunday, a police patrol became aware of him when he observed the traffic on a street on Friday and held the pistol in front of him in the shooting position.
The officers took him to the ground and disarmed him.
The weapon was seized.
The man is now awaiting an administrative offense report for a violation of the weapons law.
