The updated situation in Italy and in the world



There are 18,025 coronavirus test positives in Italy in the last 24 hours, according to data from the Ministry of Health.

Yesterday there were 21,261.

The figure brings the total of infections since the beginning of the pandemic to 3,668,264.

Instead, there are 326 victims in one day (yesterday 376).

There are 250,933 molecular and antigenic swabs for the coronavirus carried out in the last 24 hours in Italy.

There were 359,214 tests yesterday.

The positivity rate dropped to 7.1%, yesterday it was 5.9%. 



Hospitalized for Covid-19 in Italy are decreasing: -11 those in intensive care for a total of 3,703 with 195 new entries, - 57 in non-critical areas for a total of 28,432.

There are 2,988,199 healed in total (+13,511), 569,035 are currently positive (+4,180). 



Campania


There are

new cases of Covid 19 in Campania, of which 1,273 asymptomatic and 635 symptomatic, out of 17,228 swabs.

Piedmont


The Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region has communicated

new cases of people who tested positive for Covid-19 (of which 74 after antigen tests), equal to 10% of the 13,545 swabs performed, of which 7,713 antigenic.

Of the 1,425 new cases, 550 were asymptomatic (38.6%).
